Let Mobility + YOGA help.

FOCUS & Bring your ideas to life

Maybe you have lots of great ideas but you can’t focus your energy and your mind feels scattered and overwhelmed. Mobility + Yoga is a great way to practice being grounded and being present. With consistent practice focus can transfer beyond the pose you’re trying to hold on the mat and into your daily activity.

Build RESILIENCE & FLEXIBILITY in mind & body

It can be intimidating to start new projects or sometimes we remain stuck in patterns of behaviour that keep us in the same place. Perhaps it’s fear of failure, maybe it’s dreading that something from the past may reoccur. With vinyasa yoga, we tune into the present with every breath, every transition into a pose and with every hold of a pose. Building strength in the body but also finding fluidity and ease within the effort. Learn how to slow down time to respond to a given situation rather than react or shut down
